META Architecture gain approval for kitchen extension with loft conversion

Single storey rear extension with a rear dormer loft conversion providing a high quality open plan kitchen and living space as well as a new double bedroom and large en-suite.

The brief was to create a larger and more usable space for a growing family to live in. Currently having their young children sharing a bedroom, the client needed an extra bedroom and larger family space but did not feel the expense of relocating was worthwhile.

This design gave them all they needed, housed within a bespoke and contemporary design, for only a budget of £35k they have achieved a fantastic 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 reception room house whilst staying close to schools and family.
